Chronological narrative of medical records, defensible at deposition.

Accepts
PDF medical records (with text layer or scanned)
Returns
Microsoft Word document (.docx)
Typical time
60-120 seconds for charts up to 500 pages
What you get
- Multi-pass extraction: dense clinical prose with imaging findings as nested bullets
- Premorbid records section italicized at the end for easy review
- Attribution embedded inline (no parenthetical citations cluttering the narrative)
- MM/DD/YY date format throughout for litigation-ready output
- Pre-flagged: gaps, missing records, and pending diagnostics
