Our guarantee

If a ForensAssess output fails to meet the documented service description, we will refund 100% of what you paid for that job. No questions asked, no forms to fill out beyond a brief email.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@forensassess.com within 7 days of job completion. Include your job ID (visible on the dashboard) and a one-sentence description of the problem. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

What qualifies

Demonstrable factual errors (wrong dates, wrong providers, content fabricated from outside the source document). Failure of the service to produce the documented output. Job error or technical failure on our end.

What does not qualify

Disagreement with stylistic choices that conform to the documented format. Subjective dissatisfaction without a specific defect. Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after job completion.
